Born on the 6th of June 2003, Johnny Kenny is a promising forward from the Republic of Ireland. A native striker, Kenny is 5 foot 9 inches tall (approximately 1.77m), with a solid build, weighing 11 stone 2 pounds (around 71kg). Currently, he proves his mettle in the front line for Shamrock Rovers.
Kenny launched his professional career in January 2020 with Sligo Rovers, a club in Ireland's Premier Division. In his debut season in 2021, he made 32 first-team appearances and scored 11 goals in league play, marking an impressive start to his career.

His time at Shamrock Rovers has also provided him the opportunity to perform on a more substantial stage. In the 2024-2025 season, he helped his teamโs attempts in the Champions League Qualifiers, scoring twice in two starts and one appearance as a substitute. On the domestic front, he featured in the FAI Cup 2024 with a substitute appearance. His most successful outing beyond the local league, however was during the Conference League 2024 - 2025 for the Rovers, where Kenny left his mark with five goals in six starts.
