Born on 16 September 1994 in Croatia, Bruno Petković is a 30-year-old forward representing Dinamo Zagreb. Standing 6'2" tall (1.9m) and weighing 12st 8lb (80kg), he takes the field primarily in the position of a striker. Besides being a key asset for Dinamo Zagreb, Petković has also earned his stripes playing for the Croatian national team.

Petković began his professional journey in January 2013 with Catania in the Serie C in Italy. During his debut season (2012-2013) there, he made only one first team appearance but gradually increased his involvement with four league appearances in the following season (2013-14). After this, he was loaned out to Italian teams Varese, Reggiana, and Entella in a series of temporary moves.
In January 2016, Petković made a permanent move from Catania to Trapani in Italy for an undisclosed fee. He found his rhythm at Trapani, making multiple first-team appearances and netting several goals over two seasons.
Petković's career really took flight when he was transferred to Bologna, a Serie A side in Italy, for around £1.1m in January 2017. His stay at Bologna was a mixed bag, with sporadic first-team appearances but no goals.
Following a loan spell at Hellas Verona in Serie A during the later part of the 2017-18 season, Petković was loaned out again in August 2018 to Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia. It was here that he finally found his footing, scoring consistently over multiple seasons.
In January 2019, his successful loan spell prompted Dinamo Zagreb to sign Petković permanently for a fee of around £900k. Since then, he has been a consistent performer for the side, making frequent appearances and being a reliable goal contributor. His performance in the 2024-2025 season has been noteworthy, where he has already scored three goals in ten appearances.
Beyond club football, Petković has also made his mark at the international level. He has represented Croatia in the Euro 2024, the Euro Qualifiers 2022-24, and the Nations League 2024-25. The striker has also been a key player for Dinamo Zagreb in their Champions League 2024-25 and Conference League 2023-24 campaigns, further endorsing his rising stature in the world of football.
