In July 2007, Strelec embarked on his footballing journey with Slovan Bratislava, forging his path in the First Football League in Slovakia. The 2018-2019 season marked his debut for Slovan Bratislava's first team, during which he managed to notch two goals from 13 appearances. Progression in subsequent seasons was evident; he amassed four goals in 12 appearances during the 2019-2020 season, nine goals in 25 appearances in the 2020-2021 season, and he has hit the back of the net four times from nine matches already in the current 2024-2025 term.
