Jake Doyle-Hayes, born on the 30th of December 1998 in the Republic of Ireland, is currently a recognised figure in Hibernian Football Club. As of his 25th year, the compact but sturdy midfielder primarily fulfills duties as a central defensive player. Physically, he dimensions just shy of six feet at 5 feet 10 inches (1.8m) and holds steady at a weight of 12st 3lb (78kg). His team role is further identified by the number 8 jersey he dons during matches.
Doyle-Hayes embarked on his professional football career path as a trainee at Aston Villa. Slotted into the Premier League setting, he moved to the English team in July of 2014. This was the beginning of his journey in professional football.
Fast forwarding a few years, the resilient-minded player found himself on loan in January 2019, this time to Cambridge United. Once again, he was planted in the English football scene, albeit in League One. Later in August of the same year, another loan beckoned, sending him to League Two where he joined Cheltenham Town.
Scotland called in November 2020 as Doyle-Hayes signed for St Mirren. This marked his jump from the English Premier League to the Scottish Premiership. He capped his debut season of 2020 - 2021 with 22 first team appearances and one goal to his name in league matches.
The Irish-born midfielder decided on another move within Scotland's Premiership, signing for Hibernian in July 2021. Success found him during the 2021 - 2022 season where he made 34 first team appearances and netted two goals in league matches. The 2022 - 2023 season saw him participate in 17 first team league matches while in the 2023 - 2024 and the current 2024 - 2025 season his appearances have scaled down to one and no league matches so far, respectively.
