Jordan White, born 4th February 1992, is a sturdy, Scottish striker currently displaying his talents for Ross County FC. Sizeable in stature, White stands at 6ft 3in tall (1.91m) and tips the scales at a solid 13 stone (83kg). He proudly dons the number 26 jersey for his team. With a market value estimated to be around £171k, according to Transfermarkt, his current contract with Ross County is due to expire on 31st May 2025.
His footballing journey has seen White transfer clubs frequently, starting in September 2009 when he moved from Dunfermline Athletic to Clyde, where during the 2009-2010 season he made 20 first team appearances netting four goals in league matches. He then undertook a string of additional transfers with spells at Dumbarton, Dunfermline Athletic again, and then onto Drogheda United in the Republic of Ireland, before returning to Clyde in Scotland once more.
In January 2012, White moved up to the Scottish Championship signing for Falkirk. But his most prolific time upfront was at Stirling Albion, where he potted 13 goals in the 2012-2013 season and then surpassed this with 15 the following year. His scoring prowess did not stop there, he found the back of the net 11 times for Livingston in the 2014-2015 season and 10 times the next. He then moved across the border to Wrexham in England in July 2016 and then further to Barrow a year later; while he didn’t hit double digits during his time in England, he maintained a decent goal tally. White returned home to Scotland in 2018, applying his trade for Inverness CT. After two seasons in the Highlands, he transferred to Motherwell before finally settling with his current club, Ross County, in January 2021.
His time at Ross County has seen White continue to make significant contributions upfront. Since joining, he has had consistent first team appearances and has managed to maintain a goal average of about 5 goals per season. In the 2024-2025 League Cup, he proved invaluable, scoring four goals from just four starts and one substitute appearance. Also, he played a key part in the 2023-2024 Premiership Play-offs, scoring a key goal across two starts.
