Marcus Fraser was born on 23 June 1994 in Scotland and has become a prominent defender in his home country, primarily playing as a central defender for St Mirren. At 6 feet (1.84m) in height and weighing in at 12st 12lb (82kg), he is a formidable presence on the pitch. He is currently wearing jersey number 22.
Fraser's professional journey began at Celtic in the Scottish Premiership, joining the squad as a trainee in July 2012. During his debut season (2012-2013), he made an important stepping-stone; appearing once in the first team for a league match. His time at Celtic was indeed foundational, and will be fondly remembered as the cradle of his professional career.

More notably, he has demonstrated his offensive acumen, contributing a steady stream of goals. As of the current season (2024-2025), he has made 29 appearances in league matches.
Not limiting his participation to league matches alone, Fraser has also represented St Mirren in the League Cup 2024-2025 with one start, the Scottish Cup 2024-2025 with two starts, and the Conference League Qualifiers 2024-2025 with four starts.
