It may have been a brief stint at Celtic Park, but his contribution was well-appreciated and left a lasting impression.
Midway through the same 2023-2024 season, Phillips made the switch to Cardiff City. At the Welsh club, he made 18 noteworthy appearances, and once again found the back of the net, reinforcing his ability to contribute beyond just defensive duties.
