Having cut his teeth at Spartak Trnava in the First Football League in Slovakia, Urminsky moved to Scotland to join St Mirren in January 2020. At the time, his arrival in Scotland went largely unnoticed, with only one first-team appearance in the 2022-2023 season and, to date, no appearances in the ongoing 2024-2025 season.
A spell away from St Mirren soon followed, with Urminsky heading to Ayr United in the Championship on loan in February 2021. However, his stay was relatively brief, and he returned to his parent club in June of the same year. All too familiarly, his time in Ayr was marked by an absence of first team opportunities.
In January of the following year, another transfer beckoned for the nomadic Urminsky. This time, he ventured to Stenhousemuir in Scotland's League One on yet another loan stint. Once again, the duration of his stay was short, and by February 2022, he was back at St Mirren.
Unfazed by the whirlwind of transfers, Urminsky again headed out on loan, returning to Stenhousemuir in March 2022. This transition was as brief as his former loan spells, and by April 2022, he had returned to St Mirren. Despite these recurring moves, his time on the field remained limited at his parent club, with his debut season in the 2022 - 2023 at St Mirren yielding only a solitary first-team appearance, a statistic that has remained stagnant as of the current 2024 - 2025 season.
