Robbie Deas, a sturdy figure hailing from Scotland, now plies his trade with Kilmarnock. Born 27 February 2000, the lad is currently striding through his 24th year. Deas is a central defender, well suited to the role given his statuesque physique of 6ft 2in and weight of 12st 1lb. His weapon of choice on the pitch is the number 6 jersey.
His career has seen some diverse fixtures. The Scottish Cup saw him running on from the bench once, while in the Europa League Qualifiers, he started twice. Certainly no stranger to handling pressure.
The 2022-2023 season saw Deas carve out his path with Inverness CT. His debut season saw him make his mark in 22 first team matches, even managing to bag a goal. A memorable first for the fledgeling full-back.
The following season, 2023-2024, Deas moved shop to Kilmarnock. Playing for Killie, he made 30 first team appearances and found the net once again. With the digits 30 and 1 standing tall on his record, the man certainly earned his keep.
His current season, 2024-2025 at Kilmarnock, has been unremarkable with no first team appearances yet. Whether he can repeat past results and earn his stripes, only time will tell. At 24, Deas has plenty still to prove.
