It may have been because of lockdown but I thoroughly enjoyed this one, yet another from the prolific pen (or should that be keyboard nowadays?) of Davie Potter, Kirkcaldy’s finest. I think this is because I am a contemporary of his and can relate to his eye-witness accounts and his overview of the club’s fortunes (and misfortunes) for decades now. What is striking is the sheer accuracy of his writing, his ability to set things in context and provide a balanced account of Celtic’s Scottish Cup story...
