Scottish rock band The Silencers were first formed in 1996 by Jimmi O’Neill and Cha Burns – who had previously played together in cult post-punk band Fingerprintz. They’ve since released 10 studio albums and have evolved their style considerably over the decades (and line-up) to include influences rooted in pop, folk, Celtic music, grunge and electronic.
