Just when you thought the Scottish FA couldn’t make a bigger arse of disciplinary decisions this season they have not only charged Killie manager Steve Clarke with criticising refereeing decisions and the disciplinary panel itself, but the governing body have requested help to understand what constitutes a straight red card.Yes that’s our referees and the highest football body in this country don’t understand the rules of the game!
